Atlas Masonry & Concrete proudly completed the masonry scope for The Watermark, a 16-story mixed-use development featuring Class A office space and an 8-story detached parking garage connected by an elevated bridge. The project showcases two integral color CMU finishes—Mission White and Walnut Creek—with all exposed surfaces finished in a refined ground face (burnished) texture for a clean, modern aesthetic. In addition to the masonry, the scope included the installation of large-format mechanically fastened stone slabs, adding a striking architectural element to the façade. This high-profile project was recognized with an Excellence in Masonry Award from the Arizona Masonry Contractors Association, highlighting our commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and superior quality.
