OUR STORY

Third generation and counting

Sean didn't learn this trade in a classroom.

He grew up in it as the son and grandson of tradespeople who built things with their hands for a living. That background shaped not just how he works, but what he expects from the people around him.

Before Atlas, Sean spent 28 years building one of the largest masonry companies in the Southwest.

He knows what it takes to run crews at scale, keep a complex job on schedule, and earn the trust of general contractors who have other options. When it came time to start something new, he brought all of that experience forward and built Atlas alongside his son.

Atlas is a father-and-son operation at its core.

That matters because it shapes how decisions get made, how the team is treated, and what the company is actually being built toward. Not a company trying to grow as fast as possible. A company being built to last.

WHAT WE’RE BUILT ON

Non-negotiable, on every job.

Everything Atlas is built on comes down to a simple idea: do the work right, take care of your people, and don't make your clients chase you. Safety isn't a checklist, it's the condition under which good work is possible. Schedules aren't targets, they're commitments. And the crews who show up every day aren't interchangeable, they're experienced tradespeople who take pride in what they build. That combination is harder to find than it sounds, and it's what Atlas clients come back for.
